Sometimes, the Tinkr Launcher app may not work, or you may have trouble. This page is here to help you troubleshoot common issues.

The game crashes before it opens

If the game crashes before it opens, try repairing the game from Battle.net, launching it once, and then keeping Battle.net closed.

Something Got Stuck

If the launch process gets stuck at "Preparing Game", or similar, try the following:

1. Open System Settings
2. Go to Privacy & Security
3. Click on Full Disk Access
4. Click on the "+" button
5. Find the Tinkr Launcher app and add it
6. Make sure the app is toggled on

Restart the Tinkr Launcher app and try launching the game again.
